What is the cheapest BotWave paid plan?
Lite is the entry-level paid plan, designed for small groups and side projects. It includes auto-reply, business hours, 10 templates, and 5 custom commands. Pricing is coming soon, join the free tier today and we will email you when Lite goes live.
Can I do business automation on the Lite plan?
Yes for small operations (~2,000 messages/month). For active customer-support inboxes or larger communities, Standard or Boss is a better fit.
Does Lite include group analytics?
Not on Lite. Group analytics is a Standard-and-up feature. Lite focuses on auto-reply + custom commands at the lowest entry-level cost.
