WhatsApp QR connections (linked devices) can disconnect for several reasons:

**Phone lost internet** - Your phone must stay connected to WiFi or mobile data. WhatsApp requires the phone to have internet for linked devices to work. **WhatsApp app update** - Major WhatsApp updates sometimes reset linked devices. You will need to rescan. **Too many linked devices** - WhatsApp allows up to 4 linked devices. If you have 4 already, remove one. **14-day inactivity** - If your phone does not open WhatsApp for 14 days, linked devices disconnect. **Phone number change** - Changing your WhatsApp number disconnects all linked devices.
Open WhatsApp on your phone Go to Settings > Linked Devices Remove the old BotWave session if it shows Go to your BotWave dashboard Click "Reconnect" or "Re-scan QR" Scan the new QR code
Keep your phone connected to internet at all times Do not remove linked devices from WhatsApp settings while the bot is running Check your dashboard periodically to make sure the session is "Active"
