Does BotWave use IndexNow to notify Bing?

Yes. Whenever we deploy new or updated content, our /api/indexnow/submit-all endpoint POSTs the full URL list to api.indexnow.org. Bing receives the ping within seconds and re-crawls the URLs on its next scheduled fetch (usually under an hour).

Bing said my URL was indexed but Google said it wasn't. Why?

Bing's threshold for "indexable" is much lower than Google's. Bing will index a thin programmatic page that Google's SpamBrain classifier will reject. The fix: improve per-page content depth, not engine-specific tweaks.
