Yearly billing saves 2 months (pay 10, get 12).

Upgrading

  1. Dashboard โ†’ Settings โ†’ Billing
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want
  3. Enter card details (or pick crypto)
  4. Plan is active immediately

Payment Methods

  • Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Paddle
  • Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT) via NOWPayments
  • Bank transfer (Business plan, annual only) โ€” contact billing@botwave.online

Invoices

Every charge generates a downloadable PDF invoice. Get them from Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Invoices.

Refund Policy

  • Within 7 days of first payment on a plan โ€” full refund, no questions.
  • After 7 days โ€” pro-rated refund for unused time only.
  • Crypto payments are non-refundable beyond 7 days (network fees + price volatility make this unworkable).

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Settings โ†’ Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free automatically.

Changing Plans Mid-Cycle

  • Upgrade: charged pro-rata immediately for the difference.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current period.
