Troubleshooting

QR code expired? Click "Refresh QR" to get a new one. QR codes expire after 60 seconds.

Connection drops after a few hours? This usually means your phone lost internet connection. Make sure your phone stays connected to WiFi or data. BotWave uses WhatsApp's Linked Devices feature, which requires your phone to have internet.

"Session already exists" error? Go to WhatsApp > Settings > Linked Devices and remove the old BotWave session. Then try connecting again.

Bot not responding in groups? Make sure you're using the ! prefix. Type !ping to test. If it still doesn't work, check that the bot session is showing as "Active" in your dashboard.
