Dashboard Tour

A guided walkthrough of every panel in the BotWave dashboard: sessions, commands, analytics, billing.

Dashboard Tour

The dashboard is where you manage every bot, session, command, and setting. This tour covers what each section does so you can find things fast.

The left sidebar groups everything into four areas:

SectionWhat it does
SessionsConnect / disconnect WhatsApp, Telegram Bot, and Telegram Userbot. Live status indicators.
CommandsToggle individual commands on or off per session.
AnalyticsDaily message counts, top commands, top groups, growth charts.
SettingsAccount, billing, API keys, webhook endpoints, notification preferences.

The Sessions Panel

Each connected account shows as a card:

  • Status pill โ€” green = connected, amber = reconnecting, red = disconnected.
  • Health โ€” messages/day vs. your plan limit.
  • Quick actions โ€” disconnect, view logs, view connected groups.

The Commands Panel

Commands are grouped by category (Fun, Utility, AI, Moderation, Games). Each row has:

  • A toggle to enable / disable that command on a specific session
  • A cooldown slider (seconds between uses per user)
  • An allow-list field (only run in these group IDs) and deny-list (never run here)

Analytics

Top-line numbers update in real time. Drill-down charts let you pick a date range and group by command, group, or user.
